Brokers - Can be great to send to a large number of producers, firms, agencies, etc.. However, remember a lot of financial firms send out mail, these guys are use to skimming through the mail fast. Test a couple pieces and do your research before your mailing. It will save you money in the long run. We also recommend you put together a nice packet that you mail to agents that you have contacted via cold calling or another method. Nice packets explaining the benefits of your services will garner good self life.
Providers - Providers have a much smaller audience so we recommend you put a nice packet together, include a nice breakdown of parameters, and of course anything that can seperate yourself from other providers. Send this packet after an initial contact, make sure you follow to verify delivery and follow up with questions or a live meeting.
